The Saba Charitable Foundation has the goal to feed one million persons in year one.

How? With rice – durable, fibrous and nutritious Basmati 1121 rice – a 15% broken parboiled white popular with Asian diets.

1 ton of rice feeds 2000 mouths once per day!
30 tons of rice feeds 60,000 mouths once per day
900 tons feeds 60,000 mouths once per day for a month

We source this rice from small farms and mills out of Cambodia and India, and through our established logistics partners, we distribute the rice to refugee camps, climate-impacted regions and other identified areas where malnutrition exists.

There are 68 million refugees in the world as of 2019. Because of political, economic, population and climate influences over the next five years, that number is expected to reach 250 million.

We can feed 16 camps per month the first year, where a camp has a population between 2000 and 10,000 people at any given time.

Let’s feed the world for free, and let’s permanently sustain that activity. We can end hunger on planet earth. Will you join us in this cause?
